How can I place an order?
On our website you can place an order by putting all the items you are interested in into the cart. Then place your order. You can pay for your order by bank transfer or credit card. Once payment has been made, we will receive your order for processing. Once all the items have been prepared, we will send them to the address you indicate.
What payment methods are available?
At the moment there are 2 ways of payment available on our website – bank transfer and card payment.
What are the delivery methods?
We ship orders by courier service to the address specified in the order.
Can I return or exchange products?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased online, you have a period of 7 business days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.). In this case, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the BUYER and must be done by the same method used in the initial shipment). No refunds will be accepted freight collect. Before making said return, the BUYER must contact us within the indicated period via email or telephone and the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior communication will not be received. In order to accept the return, both the product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition, unused, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories.
What is the warranty on the products?
All items have a manufacturer’s warranty for 24 months after purchase. If it is necessary to use the warranty in the future, it is essential that you keep the invoice issued by Audionexus.
